TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHILDCARE
SERVICES PROVIDED BY
BAY-B-CARE BABYSITTING AGENCY
WHEREAS the parties agree as follows:
The Client acknowledges that Carers are not employees of Bay-B-Care and
that the Carers are independent contractors.
Bay-B-Care conducts a thorough interview process and as required by law,
however Bay-B-Care does not give any warranty concerning the character
of the Carers introduced. It is the responsibility of the client to
accept and approve the suitability of Carers introduced. If the client
has any concerns regarding the suitability of the Carer they should
contact Bay-B-Care immediately.
For Privacy and Safety reasons please do not ask Bay-B-Care Carers for
their personal telephone numbers or contact details. They will be in
breach of their contract if they provide this information to you
resulting in termination of their contract.
Bay-B-Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, injury expense or
loss caused by any Carers referred to the client by Bay-B-Care
If your child has any special needs or requirements it is up to you to
advise the Carer before leaving. It is advised that you document these
needs on the form provided.
Credit card details are to be provided to ‘Bay-B-Care’ office when
making a booking. Credit card will not be debited until after the
service has been provided. Arrangements to pay cash can be made but must
be paid to the Carer on the same night. A time sheet will be signed by
both you and the Carer on your return.
The Carer will not remove a child from the residence and/or
accommodation unless there is express written consent by the client
authorising the Carer to allow the child to participate in outdoor
activities.
If there are further appointments organised by the parties after the
signing of this agreement the parties acknowledge that these terms and
conditions will apply to such further appointments.
BOOKING A CARER:
Bay-B-Care staff will endeavour to do everything we can to book a
babysitter for you. It is advised that you provide us with at least 24
hours notice to guarantee a carer. However, short notice bookings are
accepted and we will try our best to send a carer out to you at the time
required.
Please ensure that you have discussed any special requirements that your
children may have when the carer comes to your premises. If you have
had a carer in the past and would like to request them again, we would
be happy to organize this providing the carer is not already booked.
